Chicago Facility: Bandwith to Burn.
Located inside of the Chicago Board of Trading Building (CBOT), this facility is fully redundant in terms of power supply, floor space, and with over 100 Gbps of internet connectivity: you'll never run out of bandwidth.
Precision Power
This facility is the only building in Chicago that draws power from six separate substations providing a continuous power supply. As one of the largest financial centers in the world, this power is fully redundant. In addition, all power passes through Liebert Precision Power units before it reaches the servers.
Managed Video Surveillance
The security in the CBOT is very extensive, including security guards and video surveillance throughout the building. In addition the building is patrolled by Chicago Police officers. All tenants of the building must have proper identification including Photo ID to gain entrance to the building. A pass from the Office of the Building is required to take any and all equipment from the building.
Network Assets
With a network bursting at the seams, loaded with 101 Gbps connectivity to the internet, we can offer you more bang for your buck. There are two separate fiber entry points for complete IP transport redundancy, and the core network uses BGP4 routing protocols. This network is 100% multi-homed and supports both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols.
Dallas Facility: High-Density.
This facility is an unparalleled datacenter built with high availability, connectivity, redundancy, and most of all: high-density in mind. Power On Your Side
When it comes to keeping your websites and dedicated servers up and running, Immobiliere Global never compromises. Our highly reliable backup systems ensure constant, uninterrupted power to your equipment. The facility utilizes multiple diesel generators covering the building. If commercial power fails, automatic transfer switches (ATS) immediately activate generators, monitor electric feeds, and transfer stabilized loads to generators.
State-of-the-Art Security
Through active security cameras, the facility is monitored inside-out at all times. Card readers and locked cage or cabinet allow only those who have proper access to enter the server rooms. Each server is caged and locked with minimum access to staff personnel only.
Advanced Environmental & Fire Supression Controls
The server room temperature is constantly monitored and set to 70ยบ Fahrenheit for optimum server operation. All of our servers are stored on raised floors with large Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units from Liebert to enforce proper air circulation. The facility is furnished with carbon dioxide fire extinguishers rated for telecommunication equipment and the computer room is fitted with integrated smoke/heat detector systems. This device will stop fire automatically at its earliest stage.
